Abstract

The interest of this study arises from the need to incorporate the use of digital technologies in the school context to positively transform learning and strengthen skills that lead to improve the quality of life of students.  It is explored around the categorization of strategies that link from the instructional design the Technologies for Empowerment and Participation (TEP) in teaching and learning processes, oriented to the development of citizenship skills, through an applied research proposal of mixed approach aimed at students in elementary and middle school, Around citizenship competencies, it seeks to provide an instructional design that guides new possibilities to strengthen pedagogical practice with the incorporation of TEP to teaching, capitalize on the digital skills of students and contribute to the quality of educational processes.
