The growing influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Higher Education has introduced chatbots based on the GPT model, revolutionizing the generation of scientific content. This study focuses on the ethical challenges of this integration through literature review, student surveys, and classroom observations. The results highlight the effectiveness of AI as a valuable tool in scientific writing, despite ethical and privacy concerns. This work enriches the understanding of how to ethically leverage AI in Higher Education, enhancing the educational experience and promoting academic integrity in a constantly evolving technological environment.
