STRATEGY FOR THE CREATION OF DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES THAT SUPPORT THE TRAINING OF PEDIATRICS RESIDENTS IN A HOSPITAL CENTER

Abstract

The rise of new information and communications technologies has significantly impacted all spheres of human life. Education is no stranger to these digital transformations. Digital educational resources are tools that allow the teacher and the student to interact with the content in an enjoyable and simple way. These resources are widely used in various teachings. In the training of pediatric residents at the José Luis Miranda hospital, effective and extensive use of digital educational resources is not made. There is resistance to the use of these by teachers and a certain lack of knowledge on the part of students. Taking these difficulties into account, this research proposes a strategy to promote the use and creation of digital educational resources in said institution as support for the training of new generations of pediatricians.
