Universities are facing the challenge to consider the changes in higher education to guarantee its future as an academic institution; even when faced with financial crises, its autonomy and social relevance are questioned. It is necessary to analyze the contributions offered by the studies on the modality Blended Learning (BL), focusing on identifying the experiences of the teaching staff and other factors that can influence its effectiveness.  Analyze the experiences of Bachelor of Education professors in a private educational institution, on the effectiveness of the Blended Learning model. A Qualitative study of phenomenological-interpretative scope, and cross-sectional approach was carried out and a convenience sampling was performed. The population was comprised of professors from the Bachelor of Education in mixed modality. The sample consisted of 11 teachers. An online survey, an in-depth interview and a focus group were applied.
