TECHNOLOGICAL PRODUCT FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROFESSIONAL IN THE CONTENTS OF THE III IMPROVEMENT OF THE NATIONAL EDUCATION SYSTEM

Abstract

The III improvement of the National Education System constitutes a process of permanent review, updating, and readjustment. With its generalization, it is necessary to train teachers in Havana, which began in the 2019-2020 academic year, but was interrupted by Covid-19, so it is necessary to find alternatives to continue this process. The objective of this article is to design a technological product that contributes to the socialization and virtualization of the postgraduate course ‘Management of transformations in the current context of the III improvement of the SNE for the preparation of education professionals.’ The dialectical materialist method is used as the fundamental guide for the research, supported by theoretical and statistical mathematical methods. The main result is a tool for socializing and visualizing the postgraduate course, whose contents are associated with the new forms proposed since the III improvement, and serves as a basis for the preparation of education professionals in Havana. This technological product collects the results of the educational practice carried out for 6 years in the experiment that took place in the San Agustín popular council of the La Lisa municipality.
